All orders placed via our website are pushed directly to our Petpooja POS system. We ensure 100% price synchronization between the online menu and our restaurant terminal.
Once an order is confirmed, a Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) is generated. Modifications are only allowed before the food preparation begins.
Users can earn "Rising Coins" on every successful order. The percentage of coins earned is determined by the active campaigns set by the administration.
Rising Coins can be redeemed during checkout. 1 Coin is equivalent to ₹1, unless specified otherwise in specific promotional events.
Note on Expiry
Rising Coins are non-transferable and may have an expiration date ranging from 30 to 90 days depending on the earning event.
We use high-precision geolocation services to ensure accurate delivery. Users are required to pin their exact location on the provided map interface.
Rising Bowl is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect location pins or unavailable contact numbers at the time of delivery.
