Order history, MealBox subscriptions, wallet balance, and partial payment details (We do not store full credit card numbers).

- Order Fulfillment: To process your food orders, prepare KOTs (Kitchen Order Tickets), and assign delivery riders.
- Account & Wallet Management: To maintain your Rising Bowl Wallet, track reward coins, and process referral bonuses.
- Communication: To send you order updates, OTPs, delivery status, and promotional offers via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
- Fraud Prevention: To monitor suspicious activities, prevent fake orders, and ensure the safety of our delivery fleet.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We DO NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
We only share necessary information with trusted partners under strict confidentiality agreements:
- Delivery Partners: Your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared with our riders (or third-party fleets like Uber/Ola) strictly for delivering your order.
- Payment Gateways: We use highly secure, RBI-compliant payment gateways (like Razorpay) to process online transactions securely.
- Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government request in India.
